Training & Go-Live

Voalté’s training classes are a fun and immersive way to learn the product. Prior to go-live, staff members can receive complete hands on training in a single short session that is coordinated around the hospital’s schedule. We offer complete onsite user, super user, and admin training and can also provide periodic refresher courses to all staff members. Additional training materials and documentation are available through our online customer portal.

We know just how critical it is to get off on the right foot. That’s why we make sure that someone is available onsite at all times during the first week of go-live.
