Today I am pleased to introduce Voalte Platform, the first comprehensive solution created specifically for the complexities of healthcare communication. For hospitals seeking a communication strategy that brings immediate workflow improvements and meets multiple future needs, Voalte Platform is far and away the best investment hospitals can make.
If I sound super confident in the superiority of our new product, it’s with good reason. First, we’ve been working with our customers to test Voalte Platform before releasing it to the world at large. Avera McKennan in South Dakota already has thousands of caregivers inside and outside the hospital using Voalte Platform as a foundation for communication, including voice, alarms and alerts, and text messages. Integration with Connexall middleware lets Avera McKennan’s caregivers receive alert notifications from multiple vendors’ systems, including patient monitoring, nurse call, critical lab results, and admissions and discharges. And they are reporting some impressive results, such as:
- One consolidated device for all communication.
- Quick connections to the right person at the right time, no matter where they are.
- Improved staff satisfaction.
- Increased operational efficiencies.
- Standardized communication hospital-wide.
It’s always gratifying to hear that our customers are benefitting from Voalte technologies, but that’s not the only reason I’m confident we have the best healthcare communication system ever developed. Just last week, KLAS, an independent research firm that studies the healthcare industry, named Voalte a strategic solution provider with the most robust interfacing to other systems.
This wasn’t the result of a cursory review of a handful of vendors. On the contrary, KLAS identified and analyzed more than 100 “secure messaging” companies. Independent researchers interviewed hundreds of customers, providing a huge service to healthcare providers by classifying offerings as either “basic” messaging apps or “strategic” systems that can interface with other technologies.
Another important finding: 100 percent of Voalte customers surveyed by KLAS showed improvements in workflow. As we introduce Voalte Platform to current and new customers, our position as a strategic healthcare communication vendor will become even more solid. Our engineers built Voalte Platform specifically to interface with multiple systems and provide future integration opportunities, perhaps in ways we haven’t even imagined yet.
We all know communication doesn’t work in a silo. For hospitals and healthcare systems looking to invest in a communication platform that will offer strategic integrations and a solid investment in the future, there is no other option than Voalte Platform.
